Delivery
- Free delivery within Klang Valley, defined as Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- We deliver throughout West Malaysia. For delivery outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, the delivery fee will be included in your quotation before you confirm the order.
- Ready-stock items normally arrive within 1-3 weeks. Customized items normally take 2-3 weeks. During high order volume, please allow about 1 additional week.
- Please tell our team about lifts, staircases, doorways or other access conditions before delivery so we can plan the delivery properly.
Service warranty
- Every product comes with a service warranty. Coverage varies by product. Our staff will provide the exact coverage in writing before you confirm your order.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
- To make a claim, contact the showroom you purchased from (or our main WhatsApp line) with your receipt and photos of the issue.
Orders & payment
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices ("From"). The final price depends on the size, fabric, colour and material options you choose. Our team will provide a complete quotation before you commit.
- Once you accept the quotation, the quoted amount is the final amount you pay. Perfect Home does not add hidden or later charges.
- Custom and made-to-order items may require a deposit and cannot be cancelled once production starts.
General
- Product photos are for illustration. Actual colours and textures may differ slightly due to lighting and screen settings - visit a showroom to see the real thing.
- Perfect Home Outlet may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
